These are from the Anderson Ranch Dam Government Project on the Boise River 20 miles NE of Boise ID. (1941)

The initials are of the 4 contractors hired to complete the job.

Morrison (Morrison Knudsen Corporation), Shea, Twaits, and Winston.

Project started in 1941. There was a make-shift General Store on site and cards were played in back in the evenings.
