Thanks Dave. I have found that Asbury Park has touched the lives of so many people in one way or other, and memories from this magical place are still so alive in so many hearts. It seems that most anyone I talk to has had some connection with Asbury. I've been back to the boardwalk recently and you're right, there are defeinite signs that it's making a comeback. The beach is more beautiful there than when I remember it and there are so many new restaurants and nightspots.

Once I proceed with my Asbury Park chip crusade and have more of them made, I will certainly put one aside with your name on it. I only wish that one of the casinos would have taken enough interest to make a chip in honor of what Asbury Park stood for in the lives of so many who have visited this Jersey shore icon. Asbury Park has always had so much character, so much architecture, so much history - so much of a "theme", that my chip only skims the surface of what a true Asbury Park LE chip might have looked like.
