Some of the terms in my above post are confusing. This is what most of us are curious about:

They really screw_ed us chip collectors on parcels, which are currently:
1 ounce -- $1.22
2 -- $1.39
3 -- $1.56
4 -- $1.73

I guess they figured they had no competition with UPS and FedEx on light parcels! We can't send chips as "flats" can we? (I send them as "parcels".)
