I recently won an ancient plaque from an ebay seller in U.K.
Today I received the bubble envelope, but the plaque inside was destroyed. Seller put a plastic envelope and then a very light cardboard as addictional protection around the plaque. Now I'm asking... It's the a mail fault or it's seller bad packaging?
