One of the earliest developed areas around the lake was "Bijou" (Bi-jou) just on the lakes edge at South Lake Tahoe. This is from an early variety (ca. 1920, anything from this area is very scarce) store selling most anything and baseball related - rare to find. Not sure what the item is perhaps a fob of some kind? If you have any information on the store I would appreciate a response?
