Aruba chips from in-laws - sad and grin

My in-laws just returned from Aruba. Although they have been a great and reliable source over the years for new chips, on occasion they just don't hit too many casinos. I am grateful for whatever they bring back and try not to ask them too much. They ask me for a list, which I gave them this time. This time, however, they just didn't have it in them to do a casino run, and the poker games were pretty dead. Poker is their big draw for going to the casinos. So, I ended up with chips only from the Radisson. They went to the Aura casino, but it was still closed while they were there and they couldn't get a thing. I didn't even get too many from the Radisson, actually. I only have enough extras to cover a few of the people I usually trade with, so I can't offer any here.

I was able to get a new snapper:

Only 1 extra, though and that one is already being packaged with a $1 chip for my friend in Walpole! No new $5 chips. The poker tables were not even running (they went pretty late and still no poker at the Radisson), so I have no idea what chips they are using on the poker tables. They did manage to bring back one match play chip. When I saw it, I couldn't believe my good fortune. It's from the chipco series, and I have been after it ever since Mr. Genualdi contributed a scan of one to the Caribbean Chip Guide:

Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! Quality over quantity is fine with me!! vbg vbg

If anyone is going to Aruba in the very near future, I can let you know how they got it.

Anyway, that's the good and the bad. If you didn't get an e-mail message from me, I don't have any extras left. Sorry.
