I checked the Chip Guide for Flamingo Hilton "Rockettes" chips. I found V2469, V2470, and V2471. I did not find this chips. I checked TCR #13 also. Did I overlook it? Please pardon the large scans. I set the scanner at 400 dpi to provide as much detail as possible.
