Collecting Supplies and Storing your Collection
This is a topic that can be discussed for days on end as it seems everyone have their own method for storing their collection.
Some of the more popular methods are in 2x2 plastic flips, 2.5 x 2.5 Paper/Mylar flips, Chip Tubes, Double Row boxes and Air Tites.
These are lots of advantages and some disadvantages to each of the methods I have named above.
Personally I think the best and safest option is Air tites, however that is also the most expensive of the choices.
I prefer 2x2 non PVC flips to avoid potential color bleeding but also use the 2.5 x 2.5 cardboard flips with Mylar inserts.
I also like Dansco Supreme binders with 9 Ports per page for my more valuable chips as they work great, but are rather pricey when your storing a lot of chips or tokens.
There are lots of places to purchase your supplies which can be found on Ebay, your local Coin Collectors Store or several of our members who specialize in storage supplies. There are numerous reputable sellers but here are 2 of my favorites:
CT Coins @ ctcoins@aol.com (Email CT for a full catalog)
Tiny Treasures @ http://www.tinytreasures.com/
I would also like to mention some great information from Tyrus Mulkey's website that features some great Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) dealing with storing chips & Tokens. This page answers a lot of the more popular questions.

Happy chipping to all
