Visit "The Collector's Corner" and other discussion areas on ChipTalk.net
This is my 22nd in a series of posts related to available online resources. Over the next few weeks I will be focusing on a different resource site each day. Each of these sites has invaluable information to make your collecting experience all it can be.
ChipTalk.net is a multiple Message Boards based site that provides a forum that
caters to a World-wide grouping of home and private tournament poker enthusiasts.
The multiple discussion boards (called forums) are categorized into 15 or so major
categories dealing with all aspects of poker play, equipment and poker chip design.
Of particular interest is the "Collector's Corner" which provides 5 different forums
entitled: Gallery, Values, Chipper Events, Trades, Chip History and Chips - General.
At over 6,000 registered members, the site's owner/developer (Greg Cagle)
has managed to interest many ChipTalkers into joining the . So many so,
that this Greg was awarded Recruiter of the Year honors from the in 2007!
When you visit there you will need to become a registered members, but this
just keeps SPAMers away.
Keep your eyes and ears peeled for more Tips of the day coming tomorrow.
Happy chipping to all
Doug
