The original Arawak Hotel (not Inn) in Ocho Rios had one of the first casinos in the Island. Interestingly the chips had $ as denomination , so you know it was not from the French Island, in fact, if you look at an old advertisement of the hotel, it said, H.A., Ocho Rios, Jamaica, BWI. I called them up last night, they no longer have casino in site and the Inn now is the same old casino, but most of the original land and forest was sold, now much smaller and looking more like a motel than the original large Hotel.
