I had freinds in town last weekend, and from their balcony at the Imperial Palace I got an eye opener.... You all know Harrahs evolved from the old Holiday, but I had never seen this before. I spotted the top of the old original riverboat, not the big one that ran north/south, but the smaller, east/west boat. Still very visible are the "shuttered windows" and paddlewheel housing.

Its surprising how things get 'swallowed up' here during renovations and expansions, but you can still see them if you know where to look.
