Who the lucky person is that is going to get the buckle. This chip is from Rick's that was in Moundhouse, Nevada, east of Carson City. It was an illegal casino in a legal brothel, c 1984, never licensed. They thought if there were no denominations on their chips, it would be OK to have a casino.
