I guess that if they did a reorder then there is no re-approval, but if they have a change in design it would require an approval. I only think this because I am getting a new roof.... even as we speak. If I just got a replacement in the same color no problem. If I changed the shingle color I had to get it approved by the architectural committee.
BTW - has anyone gone down to Circus Circus, they had a $1 on the latest list. And given the other MGM properties that have recently changed their $1 chips it might be worth risking the disease you could get from walking in there.
