The chip is most definately a Christy/Jones, shiney hat and cane!
I'll provide a better scan later, but this mustard chip appears the same on both sides, "GOLDEN GATE CASINO" and "NON-NEGOTIABLE" with an Indian head in the center. Both hot stamps are gold. Interesting to note that the word "GOLDEN" is arched, while "CASINO" is straight, just like "GATE". Chip also has some slight wear!
While I am without a current copy of TCR (at work), there is no listing for a mustard H/C in TCR 9.
Have we seen this version previously?
