My opinion... in Roy's picture, the Castaways and the 2 Hollywood Parks are chips. All others are tokens.
In Joel's picture, the Longstreet Inn is a token.

Use in a slot machine is a token, but tokens are frequently used on table games too. Many casinos made fractional chips and $5+ chips, but not a $1. Instead using their $1 tokens in the table racks, particularly on 21 games, but rarely on craps tables.
