I haven't researched any signs, but I do remember reading that Yesco was the maker of many of the neons. Yesco didn't sell the signs to the casinos, they leased them. So when a casino closed or changed names or wanted a new sign, Yesco took the old signs back. Makes sense that they would refurbish and reuse, if possible .
