I was able to come close but can not tie these chips into a very close illegal from Two Brothers Club, Gottage Hills ,IL They have in common the Tri-Bal (3 dot) mold as well as the same exact script for the 1st C and 2nd C. Difference is these chips have an N in the middle. I can not find any material on line for the Two Brothers Club.
The chip maker info I got from Robert Eisenstadt's site 1929-1939. Joe Treybal Sporting Goods Company, St. Louis MO.
For those who specialize in this, is this a hopless mission? Obviously I can not infer that this chips belongs to the Two Brothers Club since there in no N between the scripted C's.
Where do I go from here without going to Cottage Hills , IL. and going through their old books?
Any ideas will help since I am new at this.
