Wow, someone had to go to a lot of trouble to do that!!!
Wonder if it was MR JUL? I can not imagine someone going through all that trouble.
That said:
The chps are very worn. Spragg bought them on ebay along with new to him, some hub mold chips.

The circle does not seen to be quite as deep as the JUL initials.

I think you are saying someone took similar chips to the yellow one without the design and made the blue ones with JUL mirrored on them. ?? If so anything is possible.
We have found MR TCC. He is 83 years old. Will try to call him later today. The chips were shipped to a big gambling cluster of illegals with a lenghty FBI file on them.
