The red "J.T.L." is a plastic (acryllic) disk (with some marbling) that is half the thickness of a chip, and smaller in diameter (as can be seen).
Please note that the blue "HAP" has a small, metal stamped, letter "V" above and between the "H" and "A". That "V" appears on both sides and is also present on 2 other examples of this same chip. However, the placement of the "V" is not fixed to the exact same location.
I'm thinking the yellow, hub-mold, is the initials "LHJ".
