My two passions in life are chipping and BBQ. This October, me and my business partner are embarking on a 10 day BBQ road trip. Our plan is to fly into KC, rent a car, swing over to St. Louis, and then follow the Mississippi down to New Orleans.

We both play poker, and plan on hitting the tables in between meals. Do you have suggestions for us? I have never been to KC and St. Louis, but never south of these points. I'd like to have a loose plan in place before leaving.

Also, of, course, if you know a KICK-A$$ BBQ joints along this path, please, by all means, enlighten us!!!!!
