Isn't it in Southwest Canada? Is there also a casino of this name in N.W. Territory?

I know, to us in the Pacific Northwest (USA), WA, OR, ID etc are the northwest, and B.C. is not far away. But don't the Canadians think relative to their own huge country? Inquiring minds south of the border want to know [g].
