A jurisdiction is not needed on Playing Cards

In most cases a jurisdiction is not needed on Playing Cards. Mainly needed on chips in most cases, mainly to denote the location to so they can be redeemed. I have tons of playing cards - many from Nevada without a location. Actually the most interesting thing I noticed was the design... was that the face up logo was on the bottom.
