They might be the importer of the blanks, but there are a number of outfits printing them. A couple in the UK also (and some of the UK chips say ICON)
In TCR, we just listed all such chips that were not chipco or B&G as 'CERAMIC'.
Its like the plastic Chinese chips, you wil hardly ever know for sure who made them. (Listed as 'INJECT')
