I understood it the other way around...

Like Jim originally stated.
I thought that ICON was the manufacturer [or importer if they are coming from outside the US] and that all of the others were just resellers selling their products. The ICON website actually stated that their chips are made in the US, and for a personal order, you can't order straight from them, you have to go to a reseller like Midwest or Spinettis, etc.

With the name ICON on the new Fitz chips, that would lead me to believe that they are the manufacturer, not just a name for the style of chip.
They're ceramics, wouldn't that be the "style"?
