If this place was making $, first - why do you need to remodel? Second, why take two months (so far) to get open again. I could not see the whole casino through the gate, but from what I could see, there were NO signs of any remodeling.

I doubt this place will open again with tables. Maybe a slot parlor for delayed travelers. If you were staying in PR, there is no reason to stay at this hotel, + there are 5-10 hotel/casinos almost within in walking distance - some right on the beach.
