Don, the inlay shape on the black chip is called "Tri-Point".

For a list of inlay shapes, see the Herz book "A Collector's Guide to Nevada Gaming Checks & Chips" -- page 25.
The book also has a key to insert patterns and molds.

For those not familiar with the book (as it is now out of print, I think), it won't have the newer molds, as it was published in 1995, but is very good resource on Nevada chips, up to the date of publication.
