I have read that Main Street Station opened for a brief time from 1991 to 1992, when they used that chip. The chip, therefore, is somewhat scarce (at least compared to demand, since it is a nice looking chip). It is not a cheap chip, but I can't suggest what you should pay, and have no idea who has one to trade or sell. Every one I have ever seen (a small sample, admittedly) has looked to be in pristine condition, which is reasonable, considering the short time they were used.
