I had an opportunity to read "Why be Slab Free?" authored by Archie Black and others .... it not only was informative, but it is also right. Being new to the hobby, being 'slab free' makes 'great and clear sense' and I for one will definately be 'slab free' ........ maybe its good that Saharacoins posted what they did .... it reaffirms the thinking for chip collectors and sheds new light for newbies like me.
