1- If you use anything other than an actual e mail address unclick the box on the bottom that says notify you when a post is replied to. My understanding is it will bounce back to the servers email and you will be backing that up.

2- I post on here quite often and hardly get any spam. I am not saying you don't get spam from here, but it may becoming from other sources as well. Since midnight last night I see I received two Spam e mails. One is a phishing e mail to look like it's from Pay Pal and the other is just one marked Urgent.
