Charges different prices by every worker. I have all my envelopes checked, weather in a padded or 2 chips in a cardboard protected plain white envelope. About a month ago I sent out 3 chips in a padded bubble mailer... .44c was all I was charged and this person was the one in charge of running this office!! It was over weight, it was too thick to fit the special slot too. I know someone paid for that one but I was never told about it.

So, don't put the fault completely on the sender. It's not always their fault.
