Very Simple....... Just don't put enough postage on it. I got the "Sorry We Missed You" pink slip in the mail box today stating that there was Postage Due (.34). I paid $6 for the chip plus the PayPal Gift fee and then head 11 miles into town to the Post Office on one of the busiest days of the year (Tax Time)... Stand in line for 20 minutes to get my $6 + chip and make the 11 mile journey home during rush hour. Big fun. Time, Gas, and aggravation. Major investment for a $6 chip.

Please make sure that there is enough postage on your envelope so you will have another opportunity to trade, buy, or sell to that same person again..
