No single book will do it all for you but a good way to start is first 'The chip rack' 11th edition and second "The gaming Table" 3rd edition. Both published in 2009. The Chip Rack gives you info on individual Nevada chips (no pics) The Gaming Table gives you info on Casinos. A third book "The official U.S. Casino Chip Price Guide" provides info on all U.S. Casinos. A link to the first two is below. There are other books as well and it depends on your budget and depth of interest.
