I went to my local post office this morning to mail some chips. Today I got Neil who charges me $1.22 cent for a 000 size padded envelope with one chip. If I get Cee Cee, the other clerk, she charges me .88¢. Each one says the other is wrong. Neil says since it is a padded envelope it automatically makes it First Class Parcel mail charged at 1.22. Cee Cee says if it can fit through the 3/4" mail slot it is just a first class envelope charged at 88¢.

Such is life in "the Big City" of Ramona, CA! :-)
