Just the facts.....
The reason he charged you for a parcel is probably that the package was not bendable. If there is anything in it that stops the automatic machinery from working then it is considered a parcel. I screwed up on this last week when I sold a few chips and charged $1 for postage. Even though I packaged them in paded foam I put them in a regular envelope. Because the chips were not bendable they charged me $1.24 for each envelope. GEEEZ - ya just can't win!
