Just a guess at the kind of descriptive product names that were common in the early 20th century. "Sil...", from silver, and via "a way to get there", so use our Sylvia and your things will get silvery again.
Also, 75 years ago, people actually had sterling silverware that they polished regularly, especially as big holiday dinners rolled around.
I haven't looked in Dale's poker chip book... does he describe it any further there?
