Phyllis, several years ago someone made a post and used the slang term "****** ***". I never thought that the original poster meant it as a derogatory term, and I'm sure he didn't mean to offend anyone. However, you were offended and you let everyone know you were offended. Since that thread, if the original poster (or anyone else) refrained from using that term, would you consider that censorship...or would you consider it being considerate for another chipboarders feelings?

I'm offended by political arguments on the chipboard. I appreciate anyone who refrains from political arguments on the chipboard, out of consideration for my feelings...and the feelings of many other chipboard participants. I'm not asking for a ban or for censorship...I'm asking for consideration for other chippers.
