This unusual chip is 40 mm in diameter, a hair larger than the current casino and poker chip standard. The rings on either side appear to be die cut white with the brown plastic molded around the white. The center is recessed and has circular polishing marks, maybe from the molding die. I don't see it identified in RobertE's mold index on the web.
