I have some copies. The thing is, I have them printed on line at Blurb.com and they are a little pricey. They have a bookstore on their web site. Just type in "tokens". Be sure to look at the one with the latest date. I'm trying to get the older one deleted without much luck. Unfortunately my subject appeals to a very small market. I've sold around 10 copies at $50 apiece. The people that have bought it love it but, many others get stopped by the price. Honestly, I just barely get my money back. It was just a labor of love.
