Frankly I haven't met any Canadians though I did meet A French lady who was here on vacation at my doctors.
Perhaps Ron Leis who is Canadian or one of our other northern chippers will chime in to put things in better perspective.
I think if it were affordable for them to get here, many more would come.
After all Healt care like everything else is one way for the rich and another way for us common folk
