There is a lot of hate in today's political climate, but I would suggest the hate (for the most part) from the left is and has been against individual people while the hate from the right (also for the most part) has been against policy and the affects those policies have had and will have on our country. The current administration is passing laws that have already buried us in previously unfathomable debt, and as the realities of unintended consequences are starting to flow in, the total economic collapse of America becomes more of a possibility on a daily basis. Should that happen, most of the planet's population will hate it.
