I'm sure you know this Ron... but the Unite-Here Union (Local 54) that represents Hotel & Restaurant Employees would be fine with this giveaway if Revel would agree NOW to a union contract. Revel says they will deal with the union issue after they have hired their Staff. Unite-Here (Local 54) wants to tell Revel who to hire; so Unite-here is doing everything possible to force Revel to succumb and hire its laid-off members. It's all about politics Ron ... Local 54 wants to put the issue to the voters and the State legislature has ruled that will not be the case.
