Talk about 'stimulating the economy' ... here's a good example. When Sheraton was built ... it received tax incentive breaks from the city. When Borgata was built they recieved the land for practically nothing as an incentive. When the Brigantine Connector was built ... Trump demanded and received special considerations for an exit off the bridge to his property. I don't see any difference. By the way, I think I read that the Revel tax-break is spread over 20 years, not 10, as I previously reported.
Yes, I'm optimistic about A.C.'s future. I'm not ready to lower the casket into the ground on the second largest gaming juristiction in the country. Everything can't be just like Las Vegas. I also think that our newly elected Governor Christie will have much to say and do about Atlantic City's future.
