I picked these up a couple years ago when I was in Paso Robles, CA for a couple days. In looking them up in Dick Staeffler's Memorial Project California Cardroom Guide, I see that he is looking for additional information on this establishment.

Dick, please feel free to use these scans. I only regret that the chip are in such bad condition, especially the $5.

And speaking of the $5 chip, notice that it is a re-use of a pre-existing chip from the Macon County Poker Casino, Bakersfield, CA.

While I do not know if the Central Coast Casino (Paso Robles, CA) is still in business, I can confirm that when I was there I asked to buy these in-use chips. I acquired 2 $5 chips (1 is in my collection) and 10 $1 chips, for which I now have 6 left. All of the imaged chips are cleaned and I would say that conditions are Poor!

However, they are all available as follows:
