The "abuse" and "wastefull spending" is what prompted Obama to introduce his HCR plans; he preached ths day after day during his campaign. He showed this in black and white where $2-trillion was being spent wastefully and by abuse. Will it stop? Of course not, but it will be contolled? The numbers show us it will (CBO). Will the program remain as it was designed past 2020 (costwise)? I doubt it? Will Social Security or Medicare take a hit in 10 years? Of course it will. Will it go belly up...? Of course not; there are too many taxpayers who will "share" the cost to keep it live... our only two guarantees: Tax and death...
