The Cosmopolitan owners (Deutsch Bank) have settled an infringement suit with the magazine of the same name and will take the new name Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Construction to continue with the expected finish by the end of the year; trouble continues with the condos. The bank is looking for either new owners or some organization to manage the property--Hilton Hotels are mentioned.
