There is wording in this bill that prevents it from being overturned by future Congresses and Presidents. That in itself should scare the hell out of everyone. There is also wording in this bill that states it is not subject to judicial action after it is signed into law. That means it can't be challenged in the Supreme Court as to its Constitutionality. If that doesn't scare the hell out of you, nothing would.

These are tactics normally used by dictators and tyrants. ....and that is what we have in Obama, Reid and Pelosi.
