My thought has always been that when it comes to gambling, especially in A/C it pays to put all your eggs in one basket.
Even with moderate play you can still be treated well if you confine most of your action to one property.
Once you spread it around and try to support several casinos you only water down your comps to the level where you are lucky to get a $5 promo coupon and a cup of coffee.

My main complaint these days is not with the Taj but with the general attitude of all the A/C properties where they seem to do nothing in the form of customer service to retain their player base.
They seem to rather content with letting customers leave and then complain about the lack of business.
