I only ask because based on the frequency these dice show up, I would have guessed in the $10 range. I could be wrong, but of the two Bi-Centennial dice I'm aware of (the Hilton being the other) I see the Boomtown much more often.

However, I'd sure like to go with the value you've quoted.
