Whoever manufactures these chips doesn't do as precise a job as Chipco. Not only has it been pointed out that most of the faces are not perfectly centered, but the edge markings, both the white and blue, are of varying lengths. I've also noticed that a growing percentage of the chips are chipped, I'd say about 5%-10%.
