I can both understand your feelings and frustrations but after all it is a hobby.
The people post here in the spirit not only of collecting but helping others.

While the price of a chip you were interested in tripled as a result of a post (and one does not know that for sure)
there is no gaurantee that it wouldn't have done the same otherwise.
There are so many things that could possibly go wrong that you can't just blame one thing nor should you let that bother you.

I say let the cards of chips in this case fall where they may
